How the eight weeks run — two weeks of New Zealand orientation with Talent Grid, then six supernumerary weeks on site beside a named preceptor

Who Should Come Along
Clinical managers, facility managers and owners in aged residential care, hospitals and district services who are short of registered nurses. And NZ-registered nurses who have passed the OSCE, hold a current practising certificate and cannot get that first New Zealand job.
