Who Should Come Along
Registered Nurses in aged residential care who want a Clinical Manager or Nurse Manager role β whether that's this year or a few years away. Senior RNs, Associate Clinical Managers, and current Nurse Managers wanting to calibrate their practice are all welcome. No prior leadership training assumed.
